RETURNS
Ann Marie's return policy is as follows:
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON LAYAWAYS!
The postage shall not be a portion of any refund.
A purchased item may be returned for the following reasons.
1. If the item has been misrepresented by Ann Marie's Antique Dolls in their advertising.
2. If the item has been damaged in shipment. However, most of the time, the shipper will pick up the item to return to us
3. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, it may be possible to arrange with Ann Marie for some type of an exchange or in store credit. Remember; I said " IT MAY BE POSSIBLE".
Remember that green signature you signed when you received your item?
It will have a date on it as to when you signed for the delivery.
If you are returning an item to Ann Marie's it must be post marked with in 5 days of the date on that return signature card. After mid night of the fifth day we shall not accept any returns. The postage will not be refunded.
